During your 16 weeks you will master tasty but healthy recipes and make exercise a way of life, all whilst better managing stress and optimising sleep for the best results possible. The final outcome is an effective and enjoyable approach to nutrition, fitness and health that delivers long-term success!
Start by submitting your personal health questionnaire. This gives us an accurate picture of your current health, your level of stress and your quality of sleep.
Based on the information you've provided we’ll design your Fitter 16 plan ensuring it meets your personal requirements. In the meantime you’ll receive your Fitter 16 introduction and access to your personal transformation tracker.
Within 48hrs you’ll receive the first nutrition and training phase of your Fitter 16 plan. Plus further advice on sleep health, mindset and staying motivated to ensure you smash Phase 1.
After 28 days review your progress and submit your results. As well as measurements we’ll look at skin health, stress level and quality of sleep. You’ll be astounded at the positive change.
You will be required to submit your results at the end of each phase and we’ll continue to assess your results and provide email guidance as you receive 3 further phases of your plan. Each phase equips you with the knowledge and confidence to make sustainable change and is a progression on the phase before.

The Fitter Foundation
Phase One of your Fitter 16 plan is dedicated to developing a healthier routine and laying a strong foundation to build upon in the phases to come. You will get leaner, fitter and increase energy levels whilst becoming a pro in the kitchen and developing a greater understanding of what works best for YOU. Your bespoke training plan will keep you active and ensures daily movement becomes a way of life.
Enhance and Energise
In Phase Two you’ll be building on your awesome progress, refining your nutrition and adding in some additional food and drink items to provide you with a more sustainable and convenient model for your daily meals. We’ll also give you an opportunity to review your training plan and change its type and intensity if desired.
Adapt and Strengthen
Your time in Phase Three will focus on reviewing your nutrition needs and applying any required adaptations, as well as personalising your intake even further. Your training plan will build on your awesome progress, continually challenging you. We’ll also be keeping an eye on your sleep habits and stress management too, so we can ensure you’re making positive change from all angles for the best possible results.
Sustain and Thrive
Your final four weeks of the Fitter 16 plan will teach you everything you need to know to ensure you have a sustainable framework of nutrition, exercise and healthy lifestyle habits to take you forward for the rest of your life. Preparing easy to make, nutritionally sound meals will now be second nature and we’ll show you the exact steps you need to follow to ensure your results last a lifetime.
On Fitter 16 there is no more counting calories or weighing and measuring out meals. It’s just delicious, simple to follow recipe ideas (featuring real ingredients) in your expertly designed meal plan, to keep you happy and healthy. Our easy to understand principles guarantee great results and ensure the changes you’re making are safe, sustainable and make living well a way of life!
